VERISAFE works across all Australian states and territories for storage and management. Automated monthly checks are currently available for selected states and territories, with more being added regularly as we expand. It's particularly strong in Victoria, but organisations operating nationally love the single-platform simplicity.
Extremely. All data is hosted in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by industry-standard security (including multi-factor authentication). We only use the information for the purpose you authorise - compliance monitoring and notifications - and we never sell or share it. VERISAFE is designed to help you meet the Australian Privacy Principles and Victorian privacy laws. You control access, and we have strict data-processing agreements in place.
We keep it fair and predictable with team purchase packs (e.g. VERIFY25 lets you manage up to 25 WWCC records). We also offer VERI75, VERI200, VERI500 and VERI ENTERPRISE. No per-user monthly fees that balloon as your team grows - you buy the pack that suits your organisation size and you simply add/remove to evolve with your organsation. If you exceed your cap, simply upgrade and keep on going!
Super easy. You can bulk upload your current records via spreadsheet in minutes. New team members simply add their WWCC details or you can invite them to upload directly. Once added, VERISAFE takes over the rest. No more manual expiry tracking or chasing when its too late. Expiry alerts start from 90 days before expiry.
You'll receive timely email alerts when: - A WWCC is due to expire soon - A WWCC has expired or been revoked (revoked status State/Territory dependent) - A new status update appears on the government system (State/Territory dependent) Admins can choose who gets notified and how often, so nothing slips through the cracks.
